Two rooms, one evening. The kitchen turns out handmade, 100% woodfire pizzas, fresh-made salads, burgers, and sandwiches from late morning on. Come four o'clock, the whiskey lounge opens — an unhurried spot built around a cocktail list of J. Carver spirits, an extensive wine list, and a deep bench of craft beer.
